Why can't my phone pair with my DreamSync Sound Machine?
When connecting for the first time, please make sure there is 2.4G WiFi available in your environment so that your phone connects to that WiFi, long press the reset button at the bottom of the product, then follow the instruction on APP.

Does my phone and my DreamSync Sound Machine need to be connected to the same WiFi?
Connect to the same WiFi for initial setup. Afterward, your phone can control the app via any network, but the original WiFi need to stays active for your DreamSync. Reconnection is required after everytime changing WiFi.

Why does my alarm clock light turn on directly instead of using the wake-up light mode?
If your alarm is set to go off in less than 5 minutes, the light will turn on at the same time as the alarm. If the interval is more than five minutes, the light will gradually brighten five minutes before the alarm.

Can the display brightness be completely turned off?
The display brightness can be fully adjusted through the app. Setting the brightness level to 0% will completely disable the screen while maintaining device functionality.
